Another aspect that contributes to the charm of Trabanca is the conservation of its traditional farmhouses.
A walk along the old part of the village will show us several examples of traditional houses, barns, ovens and a great variety of traditional architecture. It is worthy to point out the magnificent entrances to some of the houses and yards. They were built using amazing stone jambs.
The materials used in the constructions are the result of a long constructive tradition which, undoubtedly, goes back to ancestral times. The use of stone, wood and vegetable elements in decks proves the undeniable experience in construction and a perfect adaptation to the natural surroundings of the village.
In one word, we will find a very interesting group of constructions which will bring us closer to the richness of this traditional culture.
