The Continuous training plans are aimed to the improvement of skills and qualifications as well as to the updating and the professional specialization of people in employment, whatever sector or branch of activity they develop.
The First Grouped Plan on Continuous Training from Arribes del Duero, year 2005, includes the training of workers who belong to public organizations joined to the plan in the following areas:
