Training is an essential element in the professional career of everybody. Our professional development depends, to a great extent, on our training and on our readiness to assume responsibilities.

In this sense, the Employment and Local Development Agency together with the Town Council of Trabanca, Castilla y León Regional Government and the National Institute for Public Administration develop training programs addressed to young people, both unemployed and employees.
