The Employment and Local Development Agency is a service offered by the Town Council of Trabanca and the Organismo Autónomo D-Arribes to the local unemployed people, entrepreneurs and businessmen. Its main aim is to contribute to development, through the generation of employment and richness in the Arribes del Duero area.
Four technicians are in charge of the Employment and Local Development Agency.

SERVICES OFFERED BY THE AGENCY
The Employment and Local Development Agency was created in order to enable employment creation in the Arribes del Duero area and to improve unemployed people and workers qualification. It is a service provided for local enterprises and citizens. Its objective is to encourage promotion and improvement of the enterprises network. In this way, the creation of new enterprises and the consolidation of the existent ones are strengthen through the following services.
Employment Services
- Information, guidance, labour insertion: Unemployed people and beneficiaries looking for employment improvement guidance about all the existing possibilities and resources in the area. Thus, they are supported in their employment search and later labour insertion, as well as in the knowledge of the existing training options.

- Enterprises counselling about employment: Enterprises counselling as regards employment promotion subsidies, search of workers, advising in selection processes, etc.
Organization of courses, conferences, seminaries: On the basis of the necessities detected in the region the Employment Agency will be able to organize courses, conferences and seminaries to pay attention to these needs.

Development Services
- Elaboration of business planning and viability studies: Carrying out Business plans together with promoters of enterprise initiatives, as well as the elaboration of technical, economic and financial viability studies by specialized technicians with an ample experience.
• Enterprises counselling: Advising in the constitution and beginning of new initiatives and technical support to the companies during the first stages of operation, by means of the application of the appropriated consultancy techniques in enterprise management and attendance in the training processes to help the companies to be well-executed.
Enterprise integral processing: societies creation, social security, payslips, constitution proceedings, accountancy, etc.
Support in the promotion, cooperation and enterprises net consolidation: Carrying out of plans on commercialization and promotion of local products to strengthen the local enterprise.
- Information on local development: Elaboration of studies and reports about local development and the economic, tourist and social situation of the region.

It is an initiative of the Employment and Social Affairs Department, co-financed by ESF to promote employment creation at a local level. Those projects fulfilling the demanded requirements will be qualified as I+E so that they will be able to gain access to specific subventions.
