The course of Ceramist Potter, offered by the City council of Trabanca, is included in the modality of Social Guarantee Training and Employment and it lasts one year. Its objective is to train new professionals that will get a six month contract to work in the local Pottery and Ceramics Classroom. Through this 1,100 hour course we want to train young people without labour experience and without a high qualification so that they can work as Pottery and Ceramics workers.
During the 725 hours of class, the students of the Potter-Ceramist course, included in the Training and Professional Insertion Plan (T.P.I.), learn the art of moulding the clay. The students also learn the different techniques of moulding and wedging, painting and ceramics.
