' Initiative ' Because the programme subsidizes business projects, that means, enterprises whose business activity has not begun yet.

' Employment ' The objective of this programme is to promote the creation of employment. 

WHICH ARE THE ADVANTAGES?

Access to Specific Subsidies:

• Subsidies for cooperatives and labour societies: Up to 5.288,91 € for each future working partner in a situation of integrated unemployment with unlimited character.

• Subsidies for indefinite contracting of unemployed people: 5.288,91 € for each indefinite full-time contract or the proportional part in case of part-time contracting.

• Financial subsidies: Up to 3 points of the interest rate, with a limit of 5.619,46 € per each steady job created.

• Financial management support: Helps for guardianship, for the promoter's training and reports or studies development.

• Technical assistance to hire high qualified professionals. 

 

Projects requirements:

• The business project must be supported by a local corporation or by an autonomous region.

• Workers must be hired or partners must be incorporated.

• No more than 25 workers.

• They must be new enterprises without previous activity.

• They must develop an emergent economic activity that covers dissatisfied necessities in the local existing structure.

• They must be viable from the technical, economic and financial point of view. 

 

Contribution of the Employment and Local Development Agency:

•  Elaboration of a feasibility study.

•  I+E Qualification Transaction .

• Transaction of specific subsidies for enterprises I+E. 

Subsidies for enterprises I+E:

•  Financial subsidy

 

The aim of this subsidy is to finance partially loan interests for investments assigned to the creation or start-up of I+E enterprises
Amount: 3 points of the interest rate fixed by a credit bank, up to 5619,46€ per each new employee.

•  Subsidy for the support of the Manageria l function

This subsidy is aimed to help the promoter or employer to make the necessary decisions concerning the smooth running of the enterprise. There are a variety of options that can be requested either individually or jointly:

• Aid for guardianship.

• Aid for training.

• Aid for external elaboration of studies and reports about the company activity.

Subsidy: Up to 75 per cent of the whole cost of the received services (VAT excluded) up to the highest total amount of 12.020,24 €. Subsidy for technical assistance to hire high-qualified technical experts. This subsidy has the aim of part-financing the costs originated from contracting technical high-qualified experts providing technical assistance.

Quantity: The m aximum is the 50 per cent of the first year labour costs. The subsidy will reach up to the amount of 18.030,36 € per each contract object of the subsidy.

•  Subsidy for unlimited employment contract

This aid has the aim of promoting unlimited contraction among unemployed workers.
Quantity: 5.288'91€ for each full-time unlimited contract.

•  Subsidy for cooperatives and labour societies

This aid is aimed to promote the unlimited incorporation of unemployed people as working partners or partners who work in cooperatives and labour societies.

Quantity: 5.288,91 € per each full-time incorporated worker.
